Everything about how ARMORA orders reach you, in one place.

1. Shipping Cost

Free on every order, with no minimum. There is no threshold to reach, no surcharge for remote governorates, and no hidden handling fee. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

2. Where We Deliver

All 27 governorates of Egypt. We do not currently ship outside Egypt.

3. Delivery Times

Counted in business days after dispatch. Friday is a holiday and is not counted, and neither are public holidays.

These are estimates based on our courier's normal performance, not guarantees. Weather, road closures, holidays and incomplete addresses can extend them.

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 18:00 on a business day are usually handed to the courier the same day. Orders placed later, or on a Friday, go out on the next business day.

5. Payment on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available nationwide. InstaPay and Vodafone Cash are also available at checkout if you prefer to pay in advance.

You may inspect the outside of the package before paying. If it arrives visibly damaged, refuse it and message us on WhatsApp straight away.

6. Tracking Your Order

You receive a confirmation as soon as the order is placed, and the courier calls you before delivery. For an update at any point, message us on WhatsApp at 01037774785 with your order number.

7. Failed Delivery

Our courier attempts delivery and calls the number on the order. If you cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery at no extra cost.

Repeatedly refusing delivery of cash-on-delivery orders may result in future orders requiring prepayment.

8. Damaged or Wrong on Arrival

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the shipping box. We replace or refund it in full, shipping included, at no cost to you. Details in the Refund & Return Policy.
